– A real estate company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Telesales/Setter Specialist. We are looking for someone with the energy, expertise, and enthusiasm to boost the business and revenue.
Our client- A real estate company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service/Aftersales Representative. We are looking for someone with the energy, enthusiasm and patience to provide a full round support to our Sales team and the clients.
Your tasks:
- Gathering the relevant paperwork and liaising with clients, sales team and property developer for any ongoinag matters related to property purchase
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance after the sale of a property to ensure any concerns or questions they may have are addressed (mosty related to documentaion, paperwork, overall process)
- Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and relevant documentation
- Being the main point of contact between clients, sales team and developer
- Providing the relevant support to the Head of Sales and Sales department, when required
- Collaborating with sales or marketing teams to provide relevant input for marketing purposes
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the aftersales experience and contribute to overall customer satisfaction goals
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience (at least 1 year) in customer service, aftersales or sales environment
- Real estate or hospitality background preferred, but not mandatory
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office and Google platform, knowledge of Hubspot, Monday.com or any alternative CRM is an additional plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
- Native/Bilingual proficiency in German and fluent in spoken and written English
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the aftersales process
- Capacity to effectively address and resolve client concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques to manage challenging situations and maintain professionalism when dealing with difficult clients or situations
- Flexibility, initiative and independent work
- Willingness to get hands on and enjoy working in a team
- Full-time on-site in Dubai
