Job description- Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist with a track record of strong sales performance, solid understanding of IT and cyber security products, and the ability to manage and expand business relationships.

Our Client is a distributor of cyber security products and services, specializing in trust solutions, identity management, public-key infrastructure (PKI), password-less and multi factor authentication (MFA), and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities :-

 Sales Process and Management

• Manage prospecting and sales activities with a focus on product pipeline growth

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas consistently

• Work on strategies to retain and upsell existing clients

• Prepare contracts, proposals and quotations for customers based on their needs

• Update and manage pipeline, prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and communications with clients

• Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process

 Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Demonstrate key relationships with or an understanding of market-leading vendors

• Present and demonstrate cybersecurity products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.

• Develop opportunities and relationships with key partners/customers for the growth of our products within their markets

• Develop a targeted partner plan that maps partner strengths to potential accounts and target opportunities

• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a network and stay updated on industry developments

• Adhere to ethical sales practices and maintain the highest level of integrity in all dealings

Product Knowledge and Sales Strategy

• Learn and develop an understanding of our cybersecurity product portfolio, including FIDO2, MFA, SIEM, SSO, OpenID/SAML, PKI and other solutions.

• Maintain sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies

• Assessing client specific security challenges and recommending tailored solutions

• Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote our proposition to drive new cross-sell activity

• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to clients. Skills and qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, marketing, sales, technology. (Relevant work experience may be considered instead)

• Prior sales experience in a IT/cyber security industry (2 years minimum)
